It’s best to use phone number +31- (0)633764961 via Whatsapp, or simply call for the fastest contact.
We will contact you a.s.a.p to let you know if the change can still be made. In case the order has already been send out, it will not be possible to change the address anymore.
We aim to have your order delivered within 48 hours in the Netherlands. If your order is in before 16:00 GMT+1 we can begin to processing your package that same day. This is not applicable for orders on Fridays, Saturday, Sundays and Holidays, those may take longer. (we try, but we don’t always succeed).
Please note that your order will not be send out before all items are in stock and your payment has been received. We will be in touch with you about both issues if at hand.
You’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for the shipment by email.
International orders typically take 5-10 days to process, to ship and to clear customs. Delivery times can vary within each country, depending on the content and origin of the shipment.
We ship our licorice in principle to every country in the world.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and the country to which it is shipped. You can easily check the shipping costs of your order in your shopping cart.
These costs are calculated by weight class:
0-2 kg
2-5 kg
5-10 kg
10-20 kg
For international orders we calculate the cost of shipping, taxes and duties upfront, so that you don’t have any additional fees when your order arrives. You will find the shipping cost for your specific order when you indicate your address in the shopping cart.
Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipment
We aim to have the shipments delivered within 48 hours upon receiving of payment. This may take longer when your order come in on Thursday evening or on Fridays, because the weekend gets involved. We have little influence on the shipment times, because they are performed by third party-services, like PostNL and DHL.
International shipments are processed directly, but will take longer to transport. When we ship your order, you will receive a track & trace code. This track & trace code allows you to follow your order. This process may not be perfect, because depending on the itinerary, countries of passage (your shipment will pass many hands), this may not always be organized in an expected manner.
